Please read these terms carefully. They govern your use of our website and the provision of cleaning services by Anyloist Cleaning in Australia.

1. Agreement

By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are booking on behalf of another person or a company, you warrant that you have authority to do so and that the recipient of services accepts these terms.

2. Definitions

“We”, “us”, “our” means Anyloist Cleaning. “You”, “client” means the person or entity requesting services. “Property” means the premises where services are performed.

3. Services & scope

We provide residential and commercial cleaning as described on our website and in your booking confirmation. Checklists indicate typical inclusions; actual scope may vary based on property size, condition and access. Add-ons must be agreed prior to the visit.

4. Bookings & access

  • Appointment times are windows of arrival; delays may occur due to traffic or prior jobs.
  • Provide safe access, parking and clear instructions (e.g., lockbox codes, concierge details).
  • If we cannot access the property at the agreed time, the visit may be marked as a failed attendance.

5. Quotes & billing

  • Quotes are obligation-free estimates based on information you provide and may be adjusted after inspection.
  • Invoices are issued electronically. Payment terms will be confirmed with your booking.
  • No cash is required; we use secure payment methods. We do not store full card details.

6. Rescheduling & cancellation

Plans change—please notify us as early as possible to reschedule. Short-notice changes are subject to crew availability. If the team has already been dispatched, a call-out fee may apply to cover travel and time.

7. Client responsibilities

  • Secure valuables and inform us of fragile items or special surfaces.
  • Advise of hazards (loose tiles, broken fittings, bio-risks) before the visit.
  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available for the duration of the clean.

8. Health & safety

Our teams follow safety procedures and use low-tox products. We may decline tasks that present health risks or require specialised licences or equipment.

9. Breakage & damage

If accidental damage occurs, notify us within 24 hours with details and photos where possible. We carry public liability cover and will work with you on a fair resolution consistent with Australian consumer law.

10. Exclusions

For safety and compliance, we do not perform: exterior high-rise glass, mould remediation, pest control, hazardous waste handling, and tasks requiring tall ladders or trade licences. We can recommend specialists.

11. Photos & reviews

With your permission, we may take limited before/after photos to verify quality or for insurance. You can withdraw consent at any time. Honest reviews help us improve; by posting a review, you grant us permission to display it on our site and profiles.

12. Intellectual property

Website content, logos and materials are owned by Anyloist Cleaning. You may not copy or reuse them without prior written permission.

13. Privacy

We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice for details.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for services is limited to re-supplying the services or paying the cost of having the services re-supplied. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, illness, transport disruptions or utility outages.

16. Changes to terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services or the law. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date above.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
